Your grandmother in her office baddie days.

Ms Shepherd made her deal with Raíz in 1962 in order to get rid of the cheating bastard. She meant divorce but she wasn't particularly sad to hear that he drove their estate car off a cliff. She's old hat at this arrangement now. Oftentimes she's seen in the company of Great Dane.

Ms. Shepherd can seem sharp and unapproachable to new agents, often dressing them down for sloppy standards or simply what she perceives as lack of respect. She has a soft spot for the agents with a younger 'joining' age and will give them backhanded advice or suggestions that might help them. Otherwise, she acts very much like a mean vodka aunt. 
1960s baddie. Immaculately put together at all times. Never seen without her signature high heels or cigarette unless absolutely forced to.  Tracking - As her name suggests, German Shepherd is excellent in item and agent recovery. If she can catch the 'scent' of what is being looked for, she knows the exact location of her mark. She herds them back to safety - or as often happens, back to Raíz for punishment when they've been a pain in the ass and need a telling off on the way. 
Powerful Jaw - Ms Shepherd's bite is strong enough to cut through diamonds. If she locks her jaw, there is no pulling her off. 
Secretariat - Knows short-hand and can type at 80 WPM. Keeps track of agent's birthdays and their current lengths of service. Has a filing cabinet in her room for ??? nobody really knows why.
